Whenever possible, we buy from local, regional, or Canadian suppliers. We refresh our stock often and lean into seasonal produce as it comes in. Our meats and ready-made meals come from trusted local suppliers we've worked with for years. Twenty years of wholesale experience taught us what to look for, so every item on our shelves is one we'd bring home ourselves.

You shop with us
Shop like you would in a grocery store: add items, adjust quantities, check out. No subscription. Pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Pickup is always FREE, no minimum. Delivery is a flat $5 across every zone we serve, free for West Island orders over $35 and free elsewhere over $50. Pick your delivery day and we'll email you updates at every step.
