Our Three-Step Process
Step 1: When a shipment arrives
We inspect every batch as it comes in. Anything damaged, bruised, or not at its best goes back. We check freshness, packaging, and quality on arrival, and only what passes makes it to the shelves.
Step 2: In the warehouse
Twenty years of wholesale produce taught us how to store things properly. Our Dorval warehouse has dedicated freezers and temperature-controlled zones, and we watch the conditions around the clock, from the moment stock lands to the moment your order ships.
Step 3: Picking and packing
When we pick your order, we inspect each piece twice. We pack into eco-friendly paper bags, keeping produce separate from frozen and refrigerated items. Orders are loaded into our delivery vans right before departure so they spend as little time as possible between packing and your door.

Be home for your delivery
Choose a delivery day when you will be home to receive your order. This avoids produce or frozen items sitting outside and being exposed to weather.
Refrigerate promptly
Move perishables and frozen items to your fridge or freezer as soon as your order arrives to maintain the cold chain from our warehouse to your kitchen.
